The No Means No workshops were organized for teen boys and girls in the Makoko community to address the rape epidemic in Nigeria. The workshop had 60 participants in total, 30 males attended one workshop while 30 females attended the other. Facilitators highlighted myths about rape and defined and discussed various terms (sexual assault, consent, statutory rape, victim, survivor, etc.), the prevalence, and long and short-term effect of rape. Participants engaged in role-play and shared stories. Resources were distributed and participants were connected with local resources.
